Easy PBC chicken legs
« Reply #-1 on: February 25, 2013, 10:55:14 AM »
Start the fire...

Now prep the legs. Pull back the skin...

Grab the Instant Gourmet Original...

Coat both sides under the skin. Then pull the skin back up and coat again...

Loaded into the Big Easy basket with leg racks and bunk bed...

20 minutes have passed and coals are ready...

Into the pool...

One hour later...

Plated with garlic mashed taters...

Love that PBC chicken ;)

Bird legs look great. Did any of the bottom layer ones overcook on you?

Nope. I put the larger legs on the bottom. Plus I think the legs dripping on the bottom ones cooled them down a bit ;)
