Muebe, just what and where do I order that leg rack set up? I'm using the rectangular one right now, and I like the round one idea. Have you tried saucing those sticks, then back on the rack for another 15 minutes? Works for me.

OD that rack set up is from my Char-Broil Big Easy. The basket comes with the cooker and the leg racks are a accessory you can buy for it.

The saucing sounds good but I like my legs seasoned well with dry & crispy skin. The meat was very moist and tender. I got the exact results I was looking for
