Pork tenderloin sandwich with Slawsa

Mar 10 2013
After finding out from Slawsa’s site that Meijer’s groceries carried it; I found some and bought two jars. It looked good to me. I had just fixed some pork tenderloins so decided to have it on a sandwich with some of the leftovers. Tasting it right out of the jar it seemed a bit sweet for my taste.

I sliced some of the tenderloin kind of thin and heated it up in a skillet. I toasted a Kings Hawaiian sandwich bun and put a generous amount of the pork on it, some Slawsa on top and some Cholula hot sauce.  I had some of my squeezed potatoes for a side.

The Slawsa on the pork was delicious; I think the hot sauce made it great for me. I know it will be good on a pulled pork sandwich too.

Good taste in hot sauce, SD  ;D  -- I've not tried Slawsa but the sandwich looks fine to me.
