Great find, did it come with the sharpening wheels mounted on top?

I do have sharpener... not sure if it is a top or bottom mount...I need to find an owners manual for this one It is a Hobart Model 512

What kind of cleaner/polish did you use on the stainless steel?

I used Barkeeper's Friend as a scrub to remove the heavy oxidation ond junk. Then Mother's metal polish - and lots of elbow grease ;D.

Sharpener stones should mount to the notch in the bottom of the adjustment plate. At least on my hobart they do. Nice score!
