A MAZE N Tube cheese
« Reply #-1 on: April 09, 2013, 07:59:16 PM »
I guess this is where this would fit.  I decided to break in my Tube on some cheese.

Into the smoker with a 1/2 a tube of apple pellets

Going to have to work on rack placement.  One of my Mozzarella got a Little hot

All sealed up for a nice long nap.  See ya in 30 days

Good looking cheese. Did you have the heat element running or did the A Maze N tube generate that much heat?

Bam1 you had the shelves too close together if you put the tube smoker under the V-tray and the cheese in the top rack spaces it wont melt on you but you will get the same flavor and pretty much the same coloring maybe a little less.

Just the A MAZE N tube.  I use Lumberjack pellet, these were apple flavored.
