The box came on Thursday but I couldn't open and cook until Sunday.

simple as can be and exceptionally happy with the results.

chicken and BB ribs.   8)

You are gonna love that PBC! One thing I have noticed while cooking it really holds alot of moisture. I think that is part of how it cooks so nice.
