chicken and peppers & cheese
« Reply #-1 on: May 02, 2013, 05:32:49 PM »
Hi..I didn't know where to put this post..so here it is..I made chicken thighs on the Island Grillstone that I won online. They didn't take long at 400º. On the stove I fried up some Hot Hungarian peppers and added 3 green peppers. When it got soft, I added 2 lbs smoked mozzarella cheese. Well it's a melty mess but fabulous on crackers. It is an old Greek recipe that my mother in law got from her neighbor.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

Looks great, I love chicken thighs so much more juicier and better flavor than a breast.
