Good looking ribs.

Did you baste or foil them, or maybe put any sauce on at the end? They look wet at the finish, which is good for me. If I smoke 6 hours, they tend to be too dry. Always looking for ways to avoid that.

They were wrapped for 1.5 hours in brown sugar, butter, and honey meat side down.  Then took the liquid from foil and 50/50 with some bbq sauce and glazed the ribs for the last hour.  Not wet but a tacky glaze.

Normally I like dry ribs, but I like that idea.
