« Reply #-1 on: June 13, 2013, 12:49:04 AM »
Well I picked got my first cook down on my mak 2! Of course with everyone's suggestions it was pig candy..... It was fabulous, did it at 275 with some brown sugar and cayenne pepper. We made blt's and I can definitelysay they were awesome! I have ribs and a pork butt in the fridge waiting, the ribs I will do sparky style, could use suggestions on the butt, don't laugh but I've never done one for some reason....

I just sent you a PM on how I do pork butts on my MAK 2 Star.  Before you start getting accused of "phantom cooks" (aka "unicorn cooks"), take lots of pictures and post the best ones with your cook.  I tend to annotate mine a lot.  Sparky turns out some great silent movies on his.  Just a suggestion.
