Made some beef and chicken fajitas tonight. These are the first I've made over charcoal.






They turned out great

Those look great! Could eat them both. How'd you like doing them on charcoal?

Great job Chili. I cook my skirt steaks over the charcoal all the time when making Fajitas. Love the flavor.

They look great!!  I wish I had one right about now.  Just got home from working the local town festival with Mr. and Mrs. Tee.  We'll have to settle for some cold beer and PBJ sammies.

I LOVED these over the charcoal! I love my MAK but I'm really loving the drum too. Every where I go I'm checking to see what kind of charcoal they carry LOL.
Pappy the steak was dusted with mas guapo ..guaranteed to make you a more handsome chef!
