Chili con carne
« Reply #-1 on: September 09, 2013, 08:23:19 AM »
On Saturday I cooked some chili con carne - traditional Texas style without any beans or corn. Just ground beef, onion, garlic, jalapeƱos, red pepper, tomato sauce, beef stock, oregano, salt, cumin, ceyenne, and chile powder.

The chili was filled in tortillas with grated Swiss cheese and cheddar, then plated with guacamole and sour cream.

Next time try it with cubed brisket... makes for a great chili.
