Well I upgraded today to IOS 7 and I can no longer reply to posts or quote posts. Trying this to see if it will let me start a new post and to warn other users.

I am seeing many posts on the interweb that characterize the look and feel of iOS7 as.....less than masculine ;)
In fact "girlie man" is the nicest way to put put it..... :D

Gonna wait until all the apps are updated before I update to 7.

I never update right away for that reason. It's all over the Internet. SOME APPS MAY NOT WORK WITH THE UPDATE. Best to wait a while till all the bugs are out or your apps get updated to work with the update as Muebe said.

I'm using Android, but had an iPhone in my past - these days I don't do any kind of phone update, because for the most part they are not offering much benefit, just tightening up "holes" in their programming that allow users to do more than what their profit margin wants to accept.

My phone motto:

I am with you, pz. I know a lot of folks use their phone for everything - my kids included. I am a luddite. It is a phone - for the most part that is what I want it to do. I have other devices and tools for other things. I do use my phone for email and texts (mostly because my daughters do not know what a phone is - everything is a text!)

I have cameras for photos and videos - small and large. I have tablets, lap tops and computers for other stuff. I get it that many folks like to use their phone for everything - my old eyes are too bad for that... just let me get and make calls... lol.  ;D ;D

My SIL just sent me an email about IOS 7 issues.  Until some major issues are resolved she recommends not upgrading to it.  She is an IT consultant to Fairfax County Public Schools in Northern Virginia.

I downloaded the new iOS to my kids. I don't like the way it looks. Didn't mess with so I don't know the layout of it yet.
