What's for dinner?

We baked bread late last night with the intent that we would enjoy it this evening for dinner.
The wine: Chilean Carmenere from the Maipo Valley
The bread: thyme bread baked late last night
The cheese: Bradley smoked Gouda
The food was delicious!

Thanks gents!  I have to admit that the delicious smoky pecan flavor of the cheese paired extremely well with the chocolate tannins and crispy herbal bread.

I did not know the term "raclette" and had to look it up.  You are so right in that a raclette would be a perfect complement!  Thanks Pam!
