Thanks for the kind comments!  I actually use pimento-stuffed olives stored in vermouth - dig out the pimentos, throw them into the glass and stuff the olives by hand.  We've tried the ones stuffed by the factory, but the texture of the cheese is not good, and the liquid they are stored in is cloudy.

I'm sure we'll cross paths one of these days, David
