Free online cooking classes

This reminds me of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Classes), but on a smaller scale.  The link below leads to an online cooking class in which the students will learn all about making pizza, from creating the perfect dough, to perfect baking.

Stumbled upon it quite by accident but it looked educational in the art of pizza, so my first thought was to post it here, especially since muebe is getting a new wood appliance.
