The recent post by Witchywoman reminded me of this. It's not about Mead but rather honey. If you ever find yourself in Denver Co near the Brown Palace stop in and try the Honey Bourbon. It's made from honey made on the roof top of the Hotel blended with Breckenridge Bourbon,
 This is a very tasty blend and worth a stop if your in that area.
 The small barrels in the photo is how they store and age it.
