I have a Rocket Roaster.  It is kind of the poor man's version of that.  It is nice, but you are out of luck if there is a burn ban in effect (which there is often in North Texas) since it is not enclosed at all.  I prefer the trash can turkey which is just a super-sized version of this (still my favorite way to cook a turkey).  Funny the things you learn how to do when you work outdoors (laid brick in my younger days).  Not exactly my version of trash can turkey linked below, but you'l get the idea.

. I love the trash can turkey pics!

Slick idea. But I feel one would need to keep a garden hose handy, the kids away, and pick a calm day.  I checked the links for the Rocket Roaster and the trashcan turkey.  Very interesting, to say the least.

We have had one for a few years and have tried a couple of different cooks in it. Everything has turned out good but turkey is my favorite thing to cook in it.  This is my go to cooker for turkey.
