I am complete... thanks to all!

TMB bought me a turkey roast unavailable in my small town, he also taught me how to cook it.

Cliff taught me how to do a ham at the gathering, that Dee and others put together.

Art (AWC3) and T Square (Tim) peaked my interest in knives last year and Dee walked me through the purchase of my set of knives.

My family came together this Christmas Day and we rejoiced as a family.

The equipment and procedures, recipes, etc. used were gleaned off the folks of this forum and an other.

My  Christmas Day of celebration has been perfect because of My family, my friends, my community.

Who is my neighbor?

You know who you are... Thank you and God Bless You!

A really nice post.  We are all selfless about our knowledge and experiences.  We are glad you were there to receive them.

Having said that, you are still on the hook for some homemade lox next year.  Tim and I will bring the bagels and schmear.

Excellent post Albert!
Every time I see things of this nature on this site, it just re-enforces how proud that I am to be a member of this sharing and caring community! No where else does this happen as often and as heart-felt on a regular basis as here! It's a testament to Tim, Smoke, Cliff, and really all of our fellow compadres here. I'm proud to be here, to share here, and most of all to care here!  ;)
