We LOVE Camembert, so it was only natural to use that as the fat base for a sandwich. Using leftover smoked corned beef, we topped slices of pumpernickel rye with cheese and meat. Then, dividing each slice into 8 pieces, it made excellent finger food for snacking while sipping a fine bourbon
