I made a chuck roast with lots of veggies for supper and some Yorkshire puddings too. No pics of chuck roast but...
Basic recipe - I weighed everything.
4 eggs weighed out and warm. Let sit out..overnite is fine.
= parts milk
pinch of salt
= parts sifted flour
Mix eggs, milk and salt. I did this in my KitchenAid mixer. Add sifted flour and mix real well till a thick creamy mixture. Let sit for while and before pouring into pans, add 2 tbs cold water and whisk again. Run thru sieve before adding to pans.
Preheat oven to 450º with the pan in it. Put drippings or peas size of lard or 1/2 tsp veg oil in hot pan. Pour into cups and immediately put in oven. Bake 20 minutes.
