Just in case you can't tell... we are standing in a glass box on the  o u t s i d e  of the Willis Tower (old sears tower) 103 stories up! ??? ???

are those half chickens?  you cook bigger than I do..a couple of years ago I helped cook 4,000 lbs of wangs..I'm a wimp evidently..they look great.  Pam    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Yes, halves. We used to cook a lot of chicken like that. Now we are pretty much all fried chicken.

Me and my sweetheart, James this summer.  Takes a good bit of cookin' to feed all 6' 7" of him!  :)
