Shredded Cheese Crispy Crust Bread

Don't make much bread during the winter simply because of the dry humidity and trying to find a warm place for the dough to rise.
Anyways made up my dough yesterday with shredded cheese and this morning put in the oven. Used my cast iron pot and after thinking about it I should have made a double batch. Oh well still came out good and will make a good loaf for some Muffuletta Sandwich if I can find all the right ingredients. Yes I know its not Muffuletta Bread but its shaped pretty close  ;D
