Fine Swine Chops
« Reply #-1 on: February 15, 2014, 07:31:18 AM »
Last week I did some thick chops with “Fine Swine and Bovine”. This is a really great tasting spice. Now I need to order more.  Added some taters stuffed with sour cream and some of the fresh smoked cheese I did last month. Also pulled some sausage and mushroom stuffing I had left over from Thanksgiving. Enough for two nights  ;D
