Roast beef and yorkshire pudding
« Reply #-1 on: February 22, 2014, 10:29:52 PM »
My wife made me the best dinner I have had in a long time. She made a top round sirloin roast with homemade gravy and the best Yorkshire pudding she has ever made. Green beans were excellent too :) My wife is Canadian decent and I had here moms Yorkshire which is the way my wife was taught. Some folks make Yorkshire muffins but we always have done it in a bread pan, really no wrong way as long as it is puddin :) Hers the pictures.....

Very nice looking meal Key!  :P  Just beautiful....!   That is how my mother made the Yorkshire pudding as well. In fact, she used to put a rack over the pudding and put the roast on that so all the juices flavored the pudding. Gonna have to try it that way next time.

And yes both the men's and women's hockey games were excellent, just the outcomes were not to my liking. Great games tho and many congrats to our Canadian friends!!!!!
