Bread and Buns
« Reply #-1 on: April 05, 2014, 11:10:06 PM »
Ok This is the third time typing this. For what ever reason it disappeared before it got posted. No big deal other than my typing skills suck  ::)

OK so some of you know Sonny, he has this really good sweat bread starter. About two years ago he sent me some and I been making bread from it ever since. Well I froze the last batch 8 months ago and got it going again. Made some buns and a loaf of bread.

Going to the proffer:

Looking good

Buns are rising

Buns are done

Bread is done

There is a lot of sour dough starter out there but Sonny's sweat bread starter is different. There is a true MAGIC in this starter. It has even crossed the ocean to the UK and keeps on going.
