I was looking and looking at the photo trying to figure out if you put in the lambs hoof. Then I realized that it was Garlic. Duhh

Oh my goodness that looks good! A new grocery just opened in my neighborhood - they actually have lamb will have to give this a go... Love the whole garlic roasting in there, I can just imagine the fragrance...
