Here was my first try on the outdoor flat top - not cast iron, but it is about 80 pounds of rolled steel...

I remember that video, D.R.  Actually it's what inspired me to try stir fry.  Like Pappymn, I love stir fry but I rarely get to go to our local Mongolian Barbeque.

Did I mention that she's Norwegian?

Actually, I love everything about her.

One of the things I love a little less than the others is her taste for bland food.
