Taco Trip, The TV Show

I recorded and watched the Taco Trip TV show with Chef Aaron Sanchez last night on the Cooking Channel.  Quite an interesting hour long show.  Tacos ranged from seafood tacos (various fish and scallops) to veggie to pork to beef, including beef tongue.  Gave me a whole new perspective on making tacos.  One thing I was intrigued with was the jalapeños that were done in a bread and butter pickle brine.  I want to try this one.  Has anyone tried this before?

If you can find it on your TV, record it.  It was very informative.

I have had the B&B pickled jalapeños Art...Not my cup of tea - but maybe I did not try them with the right food combinations, or I am just too fixated on what I think jalapeños  should taste like. ;D
