well, y'all got me looking at my local stores weekend specials
I found ribs for $2.77#, $1.97#, and finally at Kroger for $1.29#

Must be different prices at Kroger stores in different parts of the country.  Here in NC, baby backs are $2.99 and spareribs are $1.99.  Still not a bad price but $1.29 is better.  Captjack, where are you located?

I'm in Houston. that price at Krogers is with their Kroger card for the discount
