No cooks to share tonight but since it is Friday sooooo - - - -  if you like a good IPA, the Elysian Immortal IPA (brewed in Seattle) is a solid choice (OK a personal favorite at least).  It is a medium bodied IPA and posts an IBU rating at 54 and is 6.3% ABV.  It is bittered with Chinook hops and finished with Amarillo and Centential.  I would say it is a nice golden copper color.  If you can find it - try it!!!

I love IPA beers, they're always the ones that I will go for first when I discover a new micro brewery. I would gladly try this one if I could find it in Canada!
