Cold baked potatoes

Add the peppers and onions

Add sweet and hot Italian sausage

Add fresh cut Garlic Scape's

Wala ! dinner is done !

Note the Wok ring 12", I typically use it when cooking most stir fry. this is my third disk, I've given 2 away to friends.

I love my disk cooking year round !

That's some great looking stir fry! Are you making those disks or buying them already built? I think I'm going to have to weld me one up since my wok is to small to use with my SRG.

I was hoping to raise some interest in disk cooking  ;D

I bought my first disk, roadside in Taos, NM ~ 3 - 4 years ago, and it was a righteous field plow disk, almost sharp edges from years of plowing, yet it was on the light side. I gave it to a friend, and bought another from Southwest Disk, it was very heavy, but too small and shallow for my liking (gave it away also). So, on a few days away in Santa Fe, I visited David at Southwest Disk, North of Albuquerque, and looked at the 24" Rio Grande. I liked how deep it was, the disks are new, steel, very heavy and wonderful to cook on, Winter and especially Summer when I just don't want to heat the house up.
The burner is a jet engine, and as some of you may have seen my searing the Porterhouse the other day with a cast iron.

Here's the link for Southwest disk;

My wife and I both like meals cooked on our wok.  However, I just use mine on the hot burner on my gas stove.  It's okay, but I would prefer it if the wok got a lot hotter.  I wonder if my BE would work.
