My wife and I both like meals cooked on our wok. However, I just use mine on the hot burner on my gas stove. It's okay, but I would prefer it if the wok got a lot hotter. I wonder if my BE would work.

I was thinking I would have to take the lid off the SRG or get one of the burners from the website mentioned above. cheap method of cooking compared to some of our BBQ's, water cookers, smokers Etc...
