Not the start I wanted...
« Reply #-1 on: June 26, 2014, 11:49:08 AM »
I was quite excited when I discovered this community. I fully intended on being an active participant right off the bat. However, due to a recent abridged reenactment of Genesis Chapter 7 that converted my basement into a replica of Hugh Hefner's Playboy Mansion Grotto; I will probably have to delay that for a while until I get everything dried and sorted out. On a bright note this strain on my grilling time at least solidifies my decision that it's time to embrace a propane grill in addition to charcoal, to allow for more grilling on a whim.

Sorry to hear about the  flood Kev...( Your humorous description is applauded tho... ;D )

But it does not mean that you can't continue gathering information and sharing your kitchen experiences here....If I remember correctly you are a chef by training?  I will bet you have plenty of tips for us, and - maybe even some funny or - cautionary tales to tell us....
