I think it is safe to say there are probably more hamburgers, brats and hot dogs fixed for the 4th than anything. Sides would be potato salad, beans and maybe corn on the cob. What was your meat cook for the 4th of July?

I haven't cooked mine yet but will have to say hamburger or a form of them. I am having Bierocks.

You need to have more then one selection.  ;)

I voted Ribs that I just put in the Fatboy. Will also be doing Burger/Brats/Italian Sausage. Probably some chicken not sure yet.

I made ribs yesterday in the PBC. seasoned with slap ya mamma. We will warm them back up today after golf. Have a good 4th!

A 16 lb. brisket and an 8 pound rack of St. Louis ribs. I'm talking huge rack of ribs.

Going to my Uncle's house so not sure what he is making.

I have been avoiding ribs and stuff like that due to my damaged teeth and lip injury :'(

Was going to do pizza but decided on shrimp and habanero sausages instead. Enjoying watching the festivities in preparation of the night celebration.
