It's hard to believe Labor Day is almost here! What's on the menu for the festivities?

Best drum smoker on the market. Don't matter what Holiday is coming up, you would be best served having one of these on your patio...….

The menu?  Beef ribs, baby backs, slaw, and baked beans and watching the Tide Roll.

I built my Red Head tonight...A real beauty :D :D :D :D :D On Monday I will do a slow & sear steak on it

I hadn't thought too much about Monday's menu yet. :)

Possibly sous vide steaks seared on the Blackstone flat top, but probably smash burgers  cooked on the flat top instead. :D :D

I think Labor Day falls on a Monday this year.

I just went to Home Depot to stock up on charcoal.

I'm ready!

Going to SLOW smoke burgers for family then sear on SRG    Love them done this way 

After that sit and drink tea  :D :D :D :D
