Title: Eating healthy taste really good

I had chicken on the pit with rice and vegetables. I put grape tomatoes on the skewers and they were delicious too. I forgot to serve them with dinner though. They slipped my mind lol. Some people may think this isn’t healthy but compared to my usual diet....... this was so tasty. I didn’t eat the skin but everyone else enjoyed it. I’m going to grill even more often than I used to, to keep the added oil and fat down. It looks good!   

The rice would be out for me  (it spikes my blood sugar like crazy), but I'm all in for the chicken and broccoli for sure!
