Title: First brisket!!
Post by: Scgator on March 16, 2019, 04:10:05 PM
I've had a small brisket flat in the freezer for a couple of months so I decided to thaw it out and try my first one. I used the pit barrel beef and game and some mesquite chips. I'm very very happy with my first one. Tender enough to cut it with a fork!!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190316/fd928234a4647c160cc5c68605e8b8a8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190316/5525d8417f574f3236b7558dd5679d80.jpg)

Question.... If it rests longer will it pull in more of the drippings?
