They look good spuds!

I like to leave the lid off for the last 5 minutes to really crisp the skin ;)

I did 10 minutes lid partly off and it really worked.Next time I'll take it off altogether. Also after seasoning sprayed a quick spritz of Olive Oil. Read all your legs posts to get it right, thanks Mike.

Oh,I also did 30 coals in the chimney and the other 90 in basket,a 20 minute light and then 20 minutes to light those in the PBC and got a great bed of coals.

Im at 5000 foot level.

For the sauced ones at 167F internal I sauced and did about 18 minutes at 295F,they were just starting to get black when I took them out.Sauce set real nice.

Legs from store straight to grill took 2 hours, out from fridge to 1.5 hours for the second group.

Next time, they will be even better as I can do some tricks, get them dryer first, that sort of thing. Was in a hurry to get them going this time.

Thanks guys, couldnt do it without all the great threads. And thats a fact. ;)
