Another try at Chick-fil-A copy
Used ground chicken for starters. Would not require the long
brining time for the pickel juice
Recipe...
1 lb Ground chicken
3 Tbs of pickle juice
3/4 Carb Quick flour (as a binder)
1 EGG
S&P to taste
Mix well and put in freezer for awhile (helps set up for forming)
Coating
2 cups Parmesean cheese
2 cups Low car bread ground into bread crumbs
2 Tbs Parsley
S&P to taste
Pat out into patties and coat with mix and out back in fridge for 30 mins
this helps the coating stay on
Pan fry till golden brown.
