every want ribs in less that 4 hours

me too.  so lets bust out the power cooker.



two of my favorite rubs on ribs.



hang time.



happy, happy.



1 1/2 hours later.  oh my gosh.  look at the color on these bad boys.

 

1/3 bulls eye, 1/3 blues hog & 1/3 kids beer.





15 minutes later.



that sauce just set so well. 





last pic.  going inside to get messy.



1 3/4 hours from first hanging until done.  fine machine i have here.  love my PBC.

If you hung a brick in your PBC and coated it with your favoirte BBQ sauce mix, it would sell to someone!!  Nice job pardner!!

Hey Sparky! How much charcoal did you use for that one slab? They does look good!

the charcoal basket wasn't even 1/2 full mike.  i'm using alot less charcoal now a days in my PBC.  i don't find the need to fill it up everytime.

I did two bb racks and 4 chicken quarters on Thursday with a Lil over half basket. Experimenting after I read what you posted before about using less. Tool about two hours for the bird parts and about 1.5 for BB's no sauce.

They look wonderful.  When you use less than a full load of charcoal are you still laying them level and lighting with fluid, or are you using another arrangement of charcoal?
