I got a chance to fire up the pbc today. It has been cold and windy around here. Did a b/l chop some chicken thighs 1/2 rack ribs and a b/i butt. Pics tell the story! The butt is still cooking.  Butt is still on wrapped in butcher paper. I love this cooker!

Lookin mighty good Sandman! Glad to see you get that cooker going and make a post! I got to see him have it going for his first cook, but then he left for Vegas, came back a little ahead and didn't know when he was going to fire that PBC up again! I think he's back in the groove! Don

Last night when my wife went for some carry outs Sandman gave her two of the thighs he did on his PBC. I had one for my lunch, nuked for 1 min. and then popped under the broiler to recrisp the skin. Best thighs I have had in awhile!! Great seasoning, tender and bite through skin!! Thanks Sandman. Don
