Title: First brisket on the PBC

Turned out tender and juicy. I was amazed at how much faster it cooked then in my Weber Smokey Mountain. Looking forward to the next one.

Even from far away you can see a killer smoke ring.  Did you hang it or just let it ride on the grate?

Thanks guys. I hung it and then wrapped and placed it on the grate.
