I found a whole beef flank (12.5 lb) at Sam's and instead of cutting it into steaks I was considering cooking it whole on the PBC. Anyone ever try that?

I don't own a PBC, so I'm not much help. But I say give it a go, and I'll be watching from afar, cheering you on!
