Busy weekend!It all looks good, but my favorite is the salmon - great color. Did you brine them?
Nope. Just sprinkled them with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika before putting them on. It's a great recipe on amazingribs.com. set them on a bed of romaine w/ Italian dressing and parmesean cheese. I've noticed most of you are slicing your salmon before cooking. Is this just for convenience and appearance when plating individual servings, or is there another reason regarding cooking?
