Dinner from tonight. Rubbed with Weber Garlic Sriracha and brushed with a Mongolian BBQ Sauce at the end. Also threw the garlic bread on the PBC near the end. It got a nice smoke flavor to it :P This is probably the only way I'll do chicken on the PBC if I'm only doing a single bird. Spatchcock chicken comes out so dam good!

Looks great. Did you leave on rack or use the hooks?
Also there is nothing better than some grilled bread. Any leftovers on bread gets grilled throughout the week for with dinner.

I left it on the grate. I honestly don't hang anything other than ribs. The chicken about fell apart lifting it off the grate it was so tender.
