I like PBC pizza as well! I used to use a pizza stone but switched to using a metal pan, the type with holes in the bottom. Picked up a couple of 16" pans at Walmart for about $12. Very pleased with how crispy the crust gets and the fact that you don't have to preheat. Just assemble the pie on the pan and set it on the grill. When the pizza is done I usually find it easier to pick up the grate, pan and all, with heavy duty gloves and set it on my stove top. It's easier than trying to pick up just the pan.
