Pork Tenderloin
« Reply #-1 on: March 02, 2016, 07:32:00 PM »
I had one of those pre marinaded pork tenderloins and decided what the heck, I'll try it on the PBC. Hung the pork and inserted my temp probe and pulled it at 160. Didn't take long at all and it was the best pork I've ever made. Definitely juicy and nice wood flavor again from the Stubbs, slight smoke ring as well.

It's been sad. Very easy winter by our standards. I think I am getting soft. My son was  acting gorgeous grilled wings. I need to man up.

Looks great. Nice and juicy .  A lot of the pre-marinaded meats are hard to get a smoke ring into.  You did good on that.
