Quick Lemon Pepper Wings
« Reply #-1 on: March 04, 2016, 07:37:33 PM »
Tried some lemon pepper tonight. Sprinkled them with lemon pepper seasoning, grilled them 15 mins each side, tossed them in a bowl with a sauce of melted butter and lemon juice then sprinkled them a bit more with the seasoning. They were awesome  ;D

I've definitely got the hang of wings on the PBC. I love how fast they cook and love the skin texture that I always get...and once again using Stubbs.

Definitely one of the best flavored wings I've cooked. If you're not into spicy wings it's a good way to go

I just used basic Badia Lemon Pepper Seasoning. The butter lemon juice mixture will be a personal preference, I like the lemon flavor so I went a bit heavier on the lemon juice
