Been trying to come up with different things to due on this low carb eating plan. The pizza crust I make from the Fat Heads recipe is ok and even good but I miss real bread taste and texture!
So, I am now going to try another way of doing crust and maybe bread.
I'm going to make a bread starter, this should help with flavor and maybe texture a little. Next I'm going to incorporate Vital Wheat Gluten to add some protein into the mix so texture should improve that way. Carb count should way lower than reg-pizza crust so once a week I hope to have a better bread recipe than what I have been doing
