Pam the most recent pizza I made was well under 3 minutes. I did load a lot more pellets the second time I used the oven. I can say it was well over 900F the second time
So next time I will start with just a handful of pellets instead of two
I did only spin that pizza once after 1 minute and it was perfectly done. It had a great wood fired flavor to it.
I halved my yeast and the dough came out great. I think I have a good recipe down and I am going to stick to it.
